fantastic location near shops!

excellent locationfriendly staffnew bedding
i found the location excellent for nearby shops. the reception staff were friendly and very helpful upon my arrival. the hallways featured clean, bright, newly decorated spaces. i enjoyed the twin room, it was newly refurbished with new bedding and a bright white bathroom.
The refurbishment resulted in an unusual layout. Navigating required several steps to reach the room.

The room size was great with a comfy sofa. I had a room including views of the city. This was a nice addition. Staff were helpful and the room was clean. There were plenty of fresh towels available.
I noticed some very slight noise from a fan or air conditioning unit .

some issues hampered my stay

faulty ac
I found the shower controls impossible. i could not adjust the water pressure. They really need replacing. i asked someone to look at the ac in my room, but nobody ever came. i eventually got a friend, who is an ac engineer, to tell me how to fix it myself. it was frustrating.

the location is central. i pre-booked parking, convenient upon arrival. the room was very comfy and tidy.. i slept really well.
i noticed the air conditioning unit was quite loud, even on the lowest setting. this impacted my sleep slightly and could use some maintenance.
